The "State of the Shelf" and other stories

Well - the shelf in the UK (the solitary one - I am used to having many shelves) is still a bit weighed under. Despite me having shifted a shelf worth of comics into comics boxes.

I estimate that at least 70% of the graphic novels on that have been signed. If Robert Kirkman or Ed Brubaker came to the UK that figure would increase to 90%.

That Walking Dead compendium thing is the size of a telephone book. 1100 pages of pure unadulterated fun.

Action figure collecting has slowed down substantially. Found a couple of Ares wave Marvel Legends (Guardian and Kang) at FP this week. Still need a leg to complete Fin Fang Foom as well. The top half is in NZ and the bottom section (minus one leg) is in London. FFF is split between two hemispheres.

The Nova comic has been extended for another 12 issues as well. Long live NOVA!!!

And what on Earth is up with the Fantastic Four comic at the moment? Why the heck does Doctor Doom have a master and someone he worships? He is Doom - he doesn't need to have a Master.

Hordak goes on sale tomorrow. That is going to be one hell of a bastard figure to buy. I might even buy two. I need to find someone willing to swap for a Stratos.

Anyway - I am off to Malta on Wednesday for 5 nights to get some "happy time". Stay well and all that stuff. I am going to open up my Yogi Bear and Boo Boo action figures.
Edit - was successful with Hordak. Sold out in 80 minutes. Wow.
