London MCM

Good God... I haven't seen that many cosplayers concentrated in one place before and I don't think I'll see that many ever again... I certainly don't want to...

Once again I headed to the London MCM expo for the third time since being in London. The first time I attended I had no idea about artist sketching and spent 50 minutes scouring the merchandise stalls to no avail before leaving. I do remember being hungover though so that wouldn't have helped.

Impressive comics line up now though. I got sketches from Jock, Ben Templesmith, David Lafuente, Gary Erskine, Andie Tong, Jacen Burrows and Leigh Gallagher - so well worth it. Picked up a number of prints as well.

Anyway... Here is possibly my favourite sketch of all... Teela by Andie Tong (he drew MOTU: Rise of the Snake-Men didn't you know?)

Butcher from the Boys looking suitably smug... Drawn by Jacen Burrows (he of Chronicles of Wormwood fame)...
